Nfinity dealt with my query very well although did take a while to deal with it. I know that they most likely work on american and I am working on UK time but I do believe that they should have both due to being such a big company. HOWEVER, the way that they have dealt with my issue has been great and the outcome is PERFECT and I will have my order by the time of needing it so I can not fault them.

Update Review: I ordered my daughter her first cheer bag this is her first time in competitive cheer this year we signed up late so I didn’t order a team bag. Order one of Amazon the wrong bag came in instead of reaching out to Amazon I reached out to them since the bag came from the company itself. Was able to take with someone Mr. Luca once we exchanged emails he told me to reorder the same bag that I order and that he was going to have it overnight and refund me my money right away. Which he did that but the bag still didn’t make it. Email him again on Monday because the bag was supposed to be delivered on Saturday January 10 but never came. Received another email apologizing what something in the warehouse went wrong. And that they were going to overnight it and I should have it on Tuesday. Here it is now Thursday and I still don’t have the bag I ordered and I sent the wrong bag back being the good person I’m am and being as patient as I possibly can be. Now they not responding to my email anymore. This has been the most stressful process of getting a cheer bag for my daughter who only 7 that wanted her sparkling cheer bag.

Want to take the time to thank Luca he been helping me get my order together. There was a mixup with my order from Amazon. He was able to get my daughter bag shipped overnight. I truly appreciate it.

I was having some issues with the courier for an international return (I ordered some shoes but were too small, so I needed to return them to get the correct size), and the customer service at nfinity was absolutely fantastic! Amazing customer service. My daughter’s shoes arrived too small and they went out of their way to be sure she got ones that did fit in a very short time frame I cannot find the warehouse manager (Rha)in the warehouse enough. Great guy! You made my daughter a very happy cheerleader!

Sure, their actual merchandise is okay. But their customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. (Honestly would use rebel cheer instead. Larger selection and more research into their cheer shoe design AND much better customer service)

I placed an order on July 04, 2025 it said 4 business days for shipping. I received an email saying “your order is delayed we will keep you updated on the status of your order”. I heard nothing. I assumed it had shipped and they had forgotten to update me. NOPE, they had an issue with the shipping address (which is fine) and didn’t let me know the order was cancelled, didn’t issue a refund, didn’t do anything.
I had to reach out to them on July 25, 2025 and ask for an update. At this point they told me what had happened. They said it wasn’t their fault because the shipping address was too long (again that’s fine) but, and I may be wrong here, a refund should have been issued or at the very least I should have been informed my order had been cancelled. The shipping tracking number was still active, my order said “processing” everything on my end just pointed to a delay (as they had told me)
Because of this I missed out on a limited edition bag (which I had originally purchased) and I had to practice in broken shoes for weeks (I had ordered the shoes from nfinity before my old ones broke). Again it wouldn’t have been a big deal if they had just communicated as they said they would (and maybe issued a refund??)
I finally got the refund and reordered my shoes on July 29, 2025. 25 days after I placed the order. AND 18 business days. I will get my order in four business days for a total of 22 business days shipping shipping time and 32 days after I placed the order.

Amazing service, shipped to the UK and I needed to return the Cheer shoes for a bigger size, Clarice was so helpful and the process to get a store credit and return was easy. Just ordered the bigger size and I’m looking forward to receiving them and my daughter starting her new cheer year. She’s only ever worn Nfinity as the quality is unmatched. Thank you x

Nfinity Athletic has a great customer service team! We ordered cheer shoes for my daughter and paid for the extra shipping to receive them within 2 days. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive them in the 2-day period, but the customer service rep assured me that we would receive them without giving any more issues. While they had me, they verified that we were ordering the correct size and instructed us on how to properly measure for their shoes. Thank you Nfinity. LOVE the uniformer! Compact way to travel with your uniform. Even when it's stuffed, I can easily fit 2 in the regular sized backpack, back pocket.

I also appreciate that it can even fit into the mini backpack.

Great quality items. We've been using for years with only minimal wear and tear.

Customer service is amazing! I had an unusual shipping / exchange issue (not their fault), and their rep called me right away. They had the issue resolved within minutes, then sent me an email confirming our conversation.
