had a wonderful experience with Dr. Asra Khan. She is very kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. She is very responsible and follows up on everything carefully. Even though she is young, she is very experienced and knowledgeable. She explains things very clearly and makes you feel comfortable. I’m very happy with my experience and highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Miss Jasmine Zaman to anyone looking for a new psychiatrist. Admittedly I was a bit intimidated seeking out help for some of my issues but not only has she proven very knowledgeable but she has been understanding of my condition while expressing a sincere desire to help me be the best version of myself as possible. The staff has great communication, and has always been quick to reply to my inquiries. I’m grateful to God for having lead me here, and I’m sure you will be too.

I enjoyed my meeting with McKenzie Kirchner. I found she was very professional and her people skills made her easy to talk with. I am highly satisfied with her as my medication manager.

This company, for no reason other than an internal policy change, cut me off as a patient. I have so far not been able to secure another provider. So this selfish company probably made the decision that I wasn't profitable enough for them to manage my health care. I'm very disappointed and I'm suffering because of this ridiculous, unfair decision. I'm legal. I'm eligible. My insurance pays. They just have a problem with a I guess not as profitable customer is all I can surmise. Very disappointing! If you use them, make sure you have a backup plan!

I have heard from animosano with a very dissatisfactory in still unacceptable excuse for discharging me as a patient. They have no excuse. They're legal reasons are non-existent, and they are standing by their original decision which leaves me an alert. Very unethical and very unprofessional in my opinion. So even after their response, they are the worst in my opinion.

Made an appointment to be prescribed ADHD medication and manage my care. This practice let me keep my appointment, fill out paperwork, and take time off from work just to be told in the first 5 min of my appointment that they could not prescribe stimulants due to DEA law changes. Look I’ve had this disability since I was a kid, I’m aware of the laws. I’ve had to take drug tests, deal with all the pharmacies, be judged when I’m asking for medicine that actually treats my ailment, and I’ve had to see practitioners in person. I KNOW THAT. I’ve tried every single medication to remediate the issue, and I told intake that upon making the appointment that I need to get VYVANSE and if they can’t help with that I can’t make an appointment. I said I’ve never seen a virtual psychiatrist, so would that cause an issue. I asked would I be able to see a psychiatrist and not a PA, and if I needed to come in person first to meet DEA guidelines. I was told none of that would be a problem multiple times. So today at my appointment imagine my surprise when one single minute into my appointment I was told that they would not be able to treat me. They should have called me or emailed me before wasting my time, energy, and money. Treatment like this is why people don’t get help. It’s beyond frustrating and so heartbreaking when you actually reach out make the effort and then get told no one can help you. I’m beyond disappointed by the level of care and tact this intake team displayed to me. I asked all the right questions. I did all the right things, and I still was unable to be helped. Beyond disappointing. Train your people better and communicate more effectively in the future.

I have been working with Stephanie and Breanna at Animo Sans for several months now. I feel like I am really heard by them and they are fantastic at addressing my issues and working well with me. I am saddened by the loss of stimulant prescriptions from them directly, but I am lucky enough that my PCP will take over that part. And I can still consult with AS if I need to make changes. The big bonus is working with Breanna. She is patient and compassionate and so very knowledgeable with great tips!

I have been a patient with Dr. Kirchner for over a year. She is wonderful and I have enjoyed my time with her.

However, today, I received an email from the practice that they will no longer be prescribing stimulants .... at all. They stated that their commitment to my well-being remains the same, when it clearly does not. I need this medication to survive, and my psychiatrist has agreed with this for over a year. To just stop prescribing it out of nowhere and then state that they still care about my well-being is wrong.

I didn't expect my psychiatrist office to give me a panic attack today, but here we are.
