I ordered 8 new Hampshire female chicks and 8 Easter eggers female chicks. I payed the extra money to get female chicks and guess what out of 16 birds I have at least 5 that are roosters. I called the company and they said thats the way it goes and they don't do partial refunds. I will never do business with this company ago. Beyond disappointed

We were so excited to receive our ducks, and instead the entire experience turned into weeks of frustration. After waiting far longer than the advertised shipping time, making multiple calls for updates, and trying to work with customer service, i was left feeling completely dismissed and disrespected. Delays happen—we understand that. But poor communication and treating customers with a lack of respect is unacceptable. Customer service can make or break a business, and unfortunately this experience ensured we’ll never order from this company again. We’ll gladly take our business elsewhere.

Be sure to read the reviews prior to ordering. I ordered 50 fertilized quail eggs. I read the terms and understood they couldn't guarantee when the eggs would ship. My order was placed May 9th and it shipped on June 16th- that was fine. This is where things went bad. I received an email that my eggs were scheduled to ship. It also stated:
“You can expect them to be in transit for 24-72 hours after the assigned ship date” &
“Tracking numbers are not automatically sent from our partner hatchery.” This is unacceptable! As of today, June 19th, I have yet to receive my package. That puts my package in transits for 4 days and counting with no way of tracking.
This was a first and last time for me. There are plenty of reputable companies that take more pride in what they do/offer.

I wish I would have read the reviews 1st.
I ordered hatching eggs. They said that they couldn't guarantee when the eggs would ship. That was fine...I thought maybe a few weeks before they would ship. Try 5 months. When I found out that they wouldn't ship for so long, I canceled the order and went with a different company with honest time frames disclosed. Then, they charged me $15 to cancel. $15 even though they were expecting me to wait another 5 months to get my eggs. It is not like they did anything because of my order. No products were used, no labor was expended, they just collect orders online before disclosing that eggs can take over 1 year (YES...she actually told me that 1 year wait times were normal) and then expect you to pay them $15 for the pleasure of originally placing the order.
There are plenty of reputable and honest egg sellers out there. PLEASE don't waste your time with this company!

I purchased 50 broiler chicks at the discounted rate for having a large quantity, and received free shipping! I received 54 chicks with only 1 DOA. 1 was dead the next morning but seemed to have been trampled by the other chicks over night. I now have 52 strong healthy happy broiler chicks at 4 weeks old, about 1/2 way to butcher age & weight & I couldn't be happier with the ease and quality of my order from Stromberg's!
