Really impressed with how fast my order was ready. I barely had to wait, and everything was fresh and accurate. Great service. Whoever was managing the shift was doing an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly. I'll definitely be back!

What a scam this place... hadn't been to KFC in a long time... Decided to take on offer for 2 for 1 (or buy 1 get 1 free) on Uber Eats - buyer beware!

I ordered. The don't offer the regular size fries, you need to upgrade for an additonal fee to large fries. Same thing for drinks, no fountain, you need to pay for additonal bottled drinks. Says they are both out of stock, how convenient (sarcastic) - essemtially trying to undercut the promotion. When i get my order, both drinks are not the ones I paid additonal fees for. The fries are the regular,aybe the small ones. And the sauces I asked were not the ones either. And on top of that, the food was horrible, breading was mushy, not crispy at all.

STAY AWAY. Never again KFC.

I usually rarely eat KFC, but I decided to hit it up anyways. The cashier, whose name is Deen I believe, helped me out with my questions regarding the menu and even gave me some extra sauces for the road which I appreciate infinitely. Overall excellent and flawless experience with this young man’s customer service capabilities as well as the restaurant and food as a whole.

Placed an order online and when got to the resto, didn't have coleslaw or macaroni. Ordering system needs to be better. Staff couldn't really offer much except for what they currently offer as sides. Not their fault but customer service should be better. Offer more chicken for the inconvenience? Be better prepared and order more than enough for the weekend?

Btw - if you placed an order online and want to refund, it takes about 7-10 business days to process and they only start your order when you arrive. Service is VERY slow.

If you are craving fried chicken, choose another resto!
