The staff was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. They explained every deal so clearly and made sure I understood all the options. Really appreciated their kind and welcoming behaviour. Great customer service! 👏✨

Ordered for delivery. Didn't get my order until 1h later. When I got my food, it was absolutely cold, the drinks were on top of the food and the drinks were wrong. We also paid for an extra large fry and got 2 small fry with the order. 0/10 I'm not ordering from here again.

Worst kfc/pfk. Every time I order here there is always an issue. I ordered a bucket of chicken today and I was not happy because out of the ten pieces of chicken, only one was the right size, the other 9 were so small that it was almost the size of an airpod (see the pictures). I paid the right price and this is what I received, it's not worth it. There is no other pfk branch near here so there is no other choice. I hope you fix your service because we pay the right price for your service.

My family and I came in late night and Michael was working at the cash. He was extremely accommodating to our elderly parents and provided us exceptional service along with the cooks in the back!

The restaurant was super clean despite the Friday rush. Thank you so much to Michael and the KFC team!
