Based on approval criteria provided by the lender to Instaloans, the customer is assessed as to eligibility for an advance. If approved, Instaloans provides loan documentation to the customer. Upon fulfillment of the lender's requirements in relation to completion of the loan documentation, Instaloans will have authorization from the lender to forward the cash advance to the customer on behalf of the lender. Upon a cash advance becoming due and payable, the customer must make its repayment to Instaloans, which in turn remits the funds back to the third-party lender to retire the loan. Read more

In a time of desparation it seems reasonable, I was on disability ($1000.00 monthly income) and received a loan. I spent the next 6 months getting further behind while trying to honor my committment to pay back the loan. At the point that I was going to become homeless, I did not repay the loan. Several months later I was back on my feet and discovered it was in the credit bureau, and more than double the original loan. I tried to make arrangements to pay the original amount and they refused. So now it sits as a huge black mark in the credit bureau, I definately cannot pay the new amount and would like to know if there is help out there.
