I was extremely disappointed with my purchase of the Dubai Strawberry Cups. Although the strawberries were fresh and of good quality, the portion size was significantly smaller than the advertised 12 oz—closer to 8 oz. Advertising a larger serving than what is actually provided is misleading.
The chocolate and pistachio cream were used very sparingly, and the crispy knafeh was completely stale, which took away from the overall experience.

After spending $55.17 on three cups, I expected much better quality and value. Instead, I felt misled by the advertised portion size and disappointed by the lack of freshness and ingredients. Based on this experience, I would not purchase these again or recommend them to others.

Disappointing Experience—Quality and Service Have Plummeted

​I’ve enjoyed visiting Chocolate Bash in the past, but my experience last night was completely unacceptable. The service has deteriorated significantly, and the quality of the items we ordered was shocking.
​It took 30 minutes just to receive a matcha drink that was utterly undrinkable—it had a strange, fishy taste that made it impossible to consume. Furthermore, the "chocolate" item I ordered lacked the expected components and was essentially just a cup drizzled with fudge. When I politely brought the issue with the drink to the staff, I was met with a completely blank stare and zero effort to rectify the situation, leaving me no choice but to leave.
​My granddaughter’s banana smoothie was also subpar, consisting of nothing more than thin milk and blended banana without the promised ice cream or whipped cream. The only item we purchased that was acceptable was the bottle of water. I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of care shown to customers and the drastic drop in quality. I will not be returning.

DONT COME TO THIS STORE
I had a very disappointing and disrespectful experience at this location tonight (Costa Mesa).

I placed an order through the app, and when I arrived, the employee told me the product was not available — even though the store had already accepted my order. I politely asked her to cancel it from their side, since it was clearly a store error and I should not be charged for something they don’t have.

Instead of helping, she ignored me, kept doing other tasks, and was laughing and looking at me in a very disrespectful way. I asked again for assistance because it was already late (around 11:30 PM), I was tired, and needed to go home kids waiting at home.

At that point, she became rude and told me to leave the store without resolving the issue. She said she would “cancel it later,” which is unacceptable, and essentially forced me out without fixing the problem.

This behavior is extremely unprofessional. I also know other people who had similar negative experiences with this same employee at this location.

This needs to be addressed. Customers should not be treated this way, especially when the mistake was clearly on the store’s side.

I will not be returning because of this experience.

Was walking around late night and ran across this little place. Loves the variety of options, but was even more impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the girl working late (made for a really great experience).

The Mini Pancakes & Strawberry shake were delicious too :)
