Very happy with the service and quality. Thank you Pam. We are in OKC for the NLBRA Finals and needed clothes washed. Pam took great care of us, laundry was dropped off at 1 and done by 7:30. Will definitely come back next year!

Unfortunately this Wavemax location is not up to the standards of other Wavemax locations. The floors and counters are dirty. The attendant was not helpful and allowed children to ride in the laundry carts. The facility doesn't have enough carts for the crowd on a Saturday afternoon. I'll look elsewhere for a better laundromat.

It is a clean place but YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE WATER TEMP AFTER IT
T STARTS. So husband work clothes are being washed in cold water and will have to spend another 3.75 to wash them again in the correct temp.

Tad (AKA Little Guy) was super dope! I came in kind of late to see about a drop off because my washer suddenly stopped working, and he squeezed me in so I'd have clean clothes for work. Everything came back folded neatly and smelling fresh. 10/10 recommend this laundry joint.

I went into WaveMax for the first time and was greeted by Marilyn who explained the card system and helped me understand how the machines work. I HATE going into a new Laundromat and not knowing what I'm supposed to do first and that wasn't an issue at all. She was bright and bubbly and being so nice to the other patrons. I WILL be returning for all my laundry needs

Wash, Dry, Fold- Full service
I came in 9/30/2025 and brought a truck full of laundry. 190.55 pounds to be exact. I am a single mom with five kids. Laundry had become unmanageable, I was so embarrassed. But when I pulled up the place was insanely clean (cleanest laundry mat I have ever seen.) I go in and the gentleman behind the counter (he refers to himself as "the little man") was SOOO friendly, sweet, and excited to do my laundry. He came out and loaded it all up. He said it would only take him a few days to wash, dry, fold, and hang my clothes. I figured it would take him closer to a week, it was A LOT of laundry. I was so shocked when I was told only 2 days later that all my laundry was completely finished! I come to pick up a load, it wouldn't all fit in my van at one time, and it all smells so clean and fresh. No wrinkles, just perfection. They even folded the towels correctly! I don't think my laundry has ever been that clean and soft! Both the gentleman and his wife were so very helpful and helped load everything up for me. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! Thank you so much for helping this single mom out! You have no idea how much of a burden was lifted.

This location just opened up this week. The machines are high-tech, and the interior design is extremely nice. I even got a match bonus on my laundry card for their grand opening special running until the end of April. The guy working there, Derrick, was a nice gentleman and very hospitable, too. You load money on a card and register it (in case you lose it), which makes it easier for a monthly laundry budget. You should come check it out for yourself.
It's been a month since this place opened, and this morning, I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for it to open. When I saw the signs on the lady, Mari Kim was super sweet and was apologizing for not opening sooner even though she opened 5 minutes earlier than the 7am. Then the whole time I was their she was busy cleaning. She was dusting off machines, sweeping and mopping the floors. She was even considerate of my feelings and asked me if I minded if she turned on music. The employees in this place are like a wave from a friendly neighbor with maximum kindness. Thank you, Mari, for your services.

Really clean and modern laundromat — everything looks brand new, and the machines are easy to use. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating a nice, welcoming space for customers.

One small thing to note: the washing machines seem to use a very low amount of water. It might be worth adjusting the settings a bit to help improve rinsing and overall wash quality.

Other than that, everything was great. I’ll definitely be coming back!
