Excellent cleaning service!! Highly recommend Miraculous Maids!! They worked so hard, with a smile, and were happy to do anything required for the apartments conditions. Thank you for making my move out so much simpler.

The Miraculous Maids team was great, highly recommend. We used them for a move in clean and they were very thorough and communicated issues they ran into throughout the clean. A detailed walkthrough was done upon completion where we caught anything that was missed and it was cleaned right away. Since it was a move in clean, they were able to point out potential issues and recommend solutions. Overall great experience!

They were so accomodating and professional. We were from out of province and they made time for us even though it was very short notice. The couple they sent were really nice, the condo was spotless and it was ready to put on the market. Hope it sells just as quick as they were !

We had an excellent experience with Miraculous Maids today. The two cleaners who came to our home were very professional, friendly, and hardworking. They cleaned our house from top to bottom, and we were extremely happy with the results. Everything looked spotless and fresh when they were finished. A great start for the new owners.

I would highly recommend Miraculous Maids to anyone needing a cleaner, whether you’re moving in, moving out, or just looking for a thorough home cleaning service. Thank you again for the amazing job!

I’m very disappointed with the service I received from this cleaning company. I hired them for a move-in / move-out cleaning because my fiancé and I both work full-time and had an extremely busy schedule while managing the move. We trusted that the job would be done properly so we wouldn’t have to worry about it.

However, when I went back to check the place after the cleaning was completed, many areas were still dirty and several spots had clearly been missed. One of the main things promised was that the walls would be cleaned, but they were not done at all.

When I contacted the company about these issues, they said they had emailed me several times. I had already explained that because I was in the middle of moving, I was not able to regularly check my email, which is why they also called me. I was hoping the company would offer some sort of credit or compensation considering the incomplete job.

Instead, they said they could only send the team back for a touch-up cleaning. Unfortunately, this was not helpful because by that point I had already moved in and had already cleaned the missed areas myself. I even asked if they could come later in the month to do a cleaning to make up for the work that was missed, but they refused.

Overall, the service did not meet expectations and the company was not willing to offer a reasonable solution. I normally would have given one star, but I’m giving two stars because they did price match for me, which I appreciated. That said, based on this experience, I would not recommend using this company.

These guys did an amazing job! They came in last minute for my aunt who was moving on such short notice and the place was spotless! Would recommend to anyone I know looking for regular cleaning services or for when you’re moving out!

My wife took this appointment after I set it up and she said the place looks better than when we moved in! They are kind and do great work, they were on time so I couldn’t complain there. My only complaint is that they do book carpet cleaning seperately, unsure if they still work for the company or are sublet, but it’s annoying to have to go back and forth to the apartment because the time slots were booked pretty far apart and the carpet cleaner ended up being almost an hour late. May strongly consider booking them for semi-annual cleanings in the future! I’d recommend them to my friends and family.

It was very easy and stress-free booking Miraculous Maids to come to our home. We were moving out of town. The furniture had all been removed. A crew of three individuals arrived on time and were absolutely detail oriented. We had one woman and two men, and there was not a speck of dust or dirt or grime in the bathrooms on the stove in the refrigerator. Everything was immaculate. The young woman and two men were very courteous and friendly, and quite pleasant to chat with. I would recommend Miraculous Maids to anyone with the hope that all of their staff are so thorough. Thank you, Miraculous Maids🥰

Fantastic. I've never had cleaners, and did know what to expect when moving into a new house, so booked Miraculous Maids. The staff came in and did a fantastic job, and was super friendly. They found many things that I would not have even thought to have cleaned myself. They played a major role in making our move in as smooth as possible.

I am planning on having them back periodically for cleanings based on the quality, and value of their services, as well as the friendliness of their staff.

From booking to service, Miraculous Maids Winnipeg has been professional and courteous. Their pricing is transparent on the website, and their availability is shown to be booked directly, which saves a lot of time and hassles. I was able to find an availability in two days! It is also a great help that they provide confirmation and send a reminder ahead of the service.

Shkelzen and his team did an excellent job for the move-out cleaning service. They arrived on time. We had a walk-through before the start of the cleaning. They kept me updated on the progress. They gladly fixed any spot that needed to be retouched during the check-out. My appliances and countertops were shining and spotless.

I will be very happy to hire Miraculous Maids again should I need another cleaning service, and will be pleased to recommend their professional service to others.

We hired this service to help clean our house prior to getting it on the market to sell it. For the most part they did fine but as I went through my house throughout the rest of the day after they left it became apparent numerous things were missed. Sections of the kitchen counter weren’t even wiped down, wall fixtures weren’t dusted and nothing around the front door area was cleaned. When we provided this feedback they offered to send the cleaners back which we expressed we would like, but that we were on a deadline and didn’t have availability during their hours for them to return. Instead of offering us a partial refund or a discount on a future service we got no response. I have never used a cleaning service before and I may be off base but I expected more.

I booked services with miraculous maids in Winnipeg for a move out. They were able to accommodate us on short notice, and did a good job cleaning the apartment. This is my first time using a cleaning company, I did not run into any problems at all with this company, they did all the cleaning very well, the fridge and stove looked very clean, I didn’t have to go back and tell them to re-do a spot or anything else and I will be recommending them to anyone looking for cleaning services etc.. thank you!

I recently used Miraculous Maids for the first time and was truly impressed with their service. What stood out the most was that the owner himself, along with his sisters, came to clean my house. They are incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely care about the quality of their work.
The entire house was cleaned thoroughly and with great attention to detail, they did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. I will definitely be using their services again in the future and highly recommend Miraculous Maids to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking, and friendly cleaners. It’s wonderful to see such a dedicated small family business doing outstanding work!
