Miraculous Maids did an excellent job cleaning our 3 level house. They checked in with me when they were unsure about something and worked hard for 5 hours. They were careful and detailed. They were also friendly and cheerful. I appreciate all the work they did.

I couldn’t be happier with the deep cleaning of my old 1400 square foot bungalow. Two cleaners took about 4 hours and I can’t find a single speck of dust. From light fixtures to baseboards to furniture to appliances (inside and out) to windows to ceramic tile and hardwood floors - all surfaces were gleaming. My bathrooms were beyond clean, and they were meticulous in following special instructions. They even helped me move furniture into the middle of a bedroom, and washed the walls in preparation for painting. I highly recommend Miraculous Maids and I know I’ll be calling on them for spring cleaning again.

The whole experience was wonderful. I had surgery and a great friend gave me a $200 gift card for Miraculous Maids. After getting a quote, I responded that I only have $200 and if we could work with that. The lady was more than happy to help and completely understood. I ended up getting my kitchen and main bathroom fully cleaned for $229. The ladies who showed up to do the cleaning were so nice! They didn’t mind my dog, who was friendly and very curious. It was overall a great experience.

Capitalism, at the expense of the workers in my opinion. Even if the employees were paid $30 an hour Miraculous Maids/ Mosaic Home Services made more per hour than the team working very hard to cleaning my house.

We paid just over $400 for the “Little Sparkle,” a one-hour cleaning by a crew of three, which works out to roughly $130/cleaner per hour (approximately 4X the current going rate).

The package is supposed to include full-house floors, but the hardwood on our main floor was completely untouched. Sticky spots and paw prints were in the exact same places they’d been before the appointment, and the rugs hadn’t been vacuumed. The bathrooms were cleaner than when we left, but there were water spots and streaks on the shower glass, floors, mirrors, and windows. The residue from our daughter’s blue shampoo was still clearly visible in her shower. For the price, the level of cleaning and attention to detail was deeply disappointing.

We emailed and texted photos within an hour of the crew leaving, around 2 PM on a Thursday. We didn’t hear back until 11 AM on Tuesday. While I understand some delay because of the long weekend, it’s worth noting that prior to us having any issues, text responses came within 30–60 minutes.

When customer service did respond, the staff were friendly and apologetic, but their words rang hollow when we were asked to pay for an additional cleaning visit to correct what they had missed initially. Overall, this was a waste of $400. The quality of the clean was incredibly poor, and we will not be using this service again.

I explained the cleaning job at length over the phone and listed everything that would need to be cleaned. I was provided with a quote over the phone and told it would include everything I had requested. They sent the written quote via email, but as I had already discussed the job with them in great detail I did not feel the need to read the fine print. Apparently, several of the things I requested (which were agreed to over the phone) were written as exclusions in the fine print and therefore not completed. I contacted the owner and they were unwilling to either complete the job or adjust my bill. Would not hire again.

I had Miraculous Maid Inc come and do an end of lease apartment clean out. I had Carlos and a partner, they were absolutely amazing. Every inch of the place was sparkling! I wasn’t even there because I was running around! I am blown away at the care and attention they gave. Thank you so much for making this process just a little easier!!

I recently hired Miraculous Maids for a move-in clean of our new home and was very disappointed with the service. When I arrived home from work the cleaners had already left despite being told the job would take six hours. I found several areas had been missed. The basement floors were not vacuumed, the kitchen counters were dirty, the fridge was only partially cleaned, and the walls and baseboards did not appear to have been “washed” as is advertised. Additionally, the kitchen cabinets still had visible drips on the outside, and neither the interior nor exterior of the bathroom cabinets had been cleaned. The hardware in the bathroom and kitchen still had smudges and the primary ensuite shower hadn’t been touched.

Interestingly, when I called the company to address these concerns, my call was only answered when I tried from a different number. I was then asked to take photos of everything that was missed and then was told the SAME cleaning team would return so I could point out the problems to them directly. This was uncomfortable and frustrating. The time it took out of my day to be home for the cleaners to return and walk them from room to room made me feel like I should have just spent that time cleaning everything myself.

After all of that, I was sent a bill for the full amount— when I called for a discount I was told to tell them how much I wanted off and that the company “would have to talk to the cleaning team to figure out where the money would come from”.

The whole process left me with a barely clean home, out hundreds of dollars, and with a guilty feeling for what sounds like potentially having taken money out of the pockets of the cleaners. Don’t advertise such an extensive clean if you can’t deliver on the results.

I will say a separate worker came to clean our carpets and he did a fantastic job, I wish the rest of our experience had been the same.

Unfortunately, I will never be using this company again.

Great experience start to finish. We used Miraculous Maid for a move-out clean. They were easy to book and the team was professional, timely, and did a great job. On our final walkthrough they pointed out all of the deep clean spots they hit and I noticed it too. They even got out a spot on our laminate floor that's been there since we moved in 10 years ago! I thought the price was fair for the work completed - we had a team of 5 working for 5 hours.

I wish I could give zero or negative stars.
I booked for a move out clean and was told that the cleaners "stay until the job is done". I was happy to book with them because Kaitlyn on the phone explains how detailed they are and that every wall will be washed, kitchens, bathrooms, etc scrubbed top to bottom.

Gabriela (and what was assumed to be her daughter) showed up 15 minutes late the day of the clean and only stayed for 5 hours for my 3 bedroom, 3 level townhouse. The two cleaners never called to let us know that they were done or that they were leaving. At around 4:00 we showed up with our landlord to do a move out inspection and we're extremely disappointed. The landlord herself said we should be getting our money back. $733!!!! Absolutely disgusting! Every wall had marks, the stove not cleaned, dust everywhere and so much more. A poor attempt.
I contacted the manager who said he would send the girls back the next morning (on time) and I even demanded that he himself arrive to witness the job not done. His name is Jeremy. Jeremy came 1 minute early and his team again late. Not surprised. 10 minutes after the expected arrival time. Alone, he mentioned how disappointed he was and that the girls didn't do what was expected of them. Although, he defended a couple of actions, such as not cleaning the walls, which was absolutely promised to me prior to booking.
The girls finally arrived to fix the job. No apology, no excuse, not even eye contact.
I explained several times that we were unhappy and the landlord was disappointed and if it wasn't done, we would be charged to have it cleaned again, and we already had to pay extra money to extend our lease so that the cleaners could come back.
This time, the girls had a time restraint. Which they knew they would since we were getting on a plane and moving away. As previously discussed, if the cleaners needed more than 1 day, they would have to come the day prior to the day we booked. I was assured, this would not be necessary.

The landlord arrived at the newly scheduled time and the job was still not done. Our landlord pointed out to these girls why she was unhappy, and Gabriela argued that it was done! Completely disrespectful and unprofessional! The younger girl turned and walked out of the property without saying a word, and Gabriela rolled her eyes, walk out and threw the door opened which slammed into the wall with a loud crash! We couldn't believe how they acted. My landlord was horrified and manager Jeremy claimed that the girls did everything right and was extremely passive over the phone.
Dead flies in window sill, marks on every wall, sticky floors, bits of garbage and crumbs on every floor, cabinets not wiped out, windows not done, only one wall in the whole house washed, but the marks were still present, and they even left their lunch/garbage behind!

Horrible horrible company! Such a scam!
Don't trust these people!
You will be sorry you did! $733 for absolutely nothing! Don't waste your time! I could have done a better job myself with a rag and a magic eraser.

We are beyond grateful for Miraculous Maids and the incredible job they did cleaning our condo! After having to evict our tenants, the place was in desperate need of TLC, and we were honestly worried about what the outcome would be. They came out so quickly and got right to work, tackling every corner from top to bottom.

Great company!! I had been using another company for over 5 years and decided to go for a change, so glad I did!

They are super friendly, on time, did a wonderful job, and the customer service all the way from quote to clean was amazing!

We went for the full package and my house looks like it did when we first moved in. Totally worth it! 10/10 will recommend and will be a repeat customer.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
I booked a move-out clean the day before a new tenant was supposed to move into my rental property and after the 4 hours the cleaners spent there, I had another 1.5 hours of cleaning to do myself.
Bathroom walls were not cleaned, counters were not wiped, floors were not swept, and I had to windex all the streaks that were left on my appliances.
I sent them photos of the terrible job that was done and they offered to send cleaners back. After explaining that this was not a viable option as a new tenant had already moved into the property, they returned me $60 on the $55 invoice they sent me.
I would never use this company again and would never recommend to anyone. Terrible customer service.

The “Miraculous Maids” arrived on time and worked nonstop for about 6 hours. They did an excellent job. This cleaning was done at home buyers request and the buyer approved cleaning. They would be much more picky than myself, so that tells me the service was even better than I thought. Thank you to the two ladies who performed the cleaning. It was much appreciated.
