MS Premier Roofing & Remodel did a fantastic job on my roof replacement. Beau Wallace, Josh Lieberman, and Connor Presson were all very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They showed up right on time, kept the job site clean, and the quality of the work really exceeded my expectations. It was a fair price for the level of service they provided, and I'm very happy with how everything turned out.

Sean East is an amazing hardworking guy I have ever met. He gave me an inspection on my roof and was able to get it approved for me. My roof looks fantastic and I get plenty of compliments from my neighbors and friends. I am definitely recommending Sean East to many of my peers. Make sure to ask for Sean East when you all call so that he can give you the best roofing experience as well. Great work!

I recently had a new metal roof installed by this company, and overall I am pleased with the quality of the work. CJ was my main point of contact throughout the project and was always courteous and responsive. The roofing crew worked hard, completed the installation efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly each day, and hauled away all of the debris when the job was finished.
The finished roof looks professionally installed, and I appreciate the effort the crew put into their workmanship.

My only disappointment was that I had requested a matte black finish during our verbal discussions, but the roof that was installed was a shiny black finish. Unfortunately, because that request was never documented in writing, there wasn't much that could be done once the installation was nearly complete. While that wasn't the outcome I had hoped for, CJ listened to my concerns and communicated with me throughout the process.

Overall, I would recommend this company for their professionalism, workmanship, and hardworking installation crew. My experience taught me the importance of getting every detail, especially product specifications and finishes, documented in writing before work begins.

Now that the project is complete, the roof looks beautiful and I'm looking forward to enjoying it on my home.

Michael reached out and asked if my roof had been inspected recently, and it had not. He came the same day and did my inspection. He gave me all of the details, then also offered to handle the phone calls with my insurance to keep me from having to stop working to relay messages. He handled everything and had material ordered and dropped at my home QUICK. My old worn roof turned into a beautiful new metal roof in a single day, and MS Premier had the best price out of multiple quotes for a metal roof. I highly recommend making them your first call. They do not hide details, they go above and beyond to handle the insurance phone calls, and they will give you the best price possible. Thank you guys for the help and the beautiful roof.
