They will steal your security deposit as they've tried to do that against me. I took them to court through RTDRS and won back my deposit. Crap living space. Loud neighbors. Leaking pipes all the time. Lousy management that does nothing to help you out.
If you see Har Par Investments of any signage you visit, I recommend you turn the other way. You will thank yourself later.

Harper recruitment staff's attitude is highly discriminatory,they dont like hiring any non-white persons,so non-white guys dont waste time here!
