The building management is an extremely rude women who is never available to help you, I bet you can see her once in a year after you try to reach her every single day of an year. She ripped me off of my money by not returning the rest of my money of a month rent, I moved from ontario to grande prairie for a job and i did not know that you can find cheap rentals in the city too, i am renting two bedroom, much bigger apartment in 900 and i was paying aurora estates 1215 a month. the building is made of card board boxes and if you walk in the kichen the trays in the oven will shake, the elevator takes 2 minutes to reach to 3 rd floor. Tons of other things, please refrain from renting or owning the place, there are thousands of places in the city that can be rented,,,,Be aware.
