I have been living in Wilmax mainstreet for the past 8 months. Overall the apartment is good and the present manager is very professional and friendly. When we started to see roach infestation, we immediately contacted our resident manager.

The pest team led by DARSHYL came and inspected our unit. By that time it was heavily infested.
He did 2 sprayings in every nook and corner and to be honest roaches were almost reduced by 70%. He then follow up with us at least 5 times while personally inspecting the unit to make sure that they are gone to 100%.

Once again Thanks to DARSHYL. He is very professional and very dedicated. I would definitely recommend his and his team's services.

For the price we are paying, the interior of the apartment is quite decent. The problem is with the exteriors, the buildings require repainting, roads need to be repaved and the management needs to get a little more responsive. Though I’m quite impressed with their secured entry.

Going on our second year here at 2814 Pratt crescent, Abbotsford. Me, my husband & our kids like it here a lot & it’s near to their school. One of the things that caught our attention was the walnut park. We love to go there & play with our kids. Environment is pleasant & this is a good option to choose for parents and kids.

My wife, myself and our dog have lived at Bonaventure apartments for about 10 months and we like it! Community courtyard allows for getting to know your neighbors. Building is pet friendly, pet deposit only, without pet rent! That was not easy to find.

Bus stop is at 2 minute walking distance, which obviously reduces transportation hassles. However, there are no decent restaurants and market within walking distance.

Mainstreet Equity Corporation took over the management of our building around two years ago. Instant improvements were made. Any time a request for maintenance is sent they respond back sometimes immediately or within 2-3 days. I also must point out that repairs are made to completely address the issue once and for all. Never have I felt that corners were cut to save money in the short run. They are always pleasant and professional!

So far we haven’t faced any major issues. Small maintenance issues here and there but then it gets resolved. Although we didn’t get the exact same unit that we looked at, the alternative wasn’t that different. Decent neighbors never faced any issue with them as of now. Rent is reasonable, will rent from them, a few more years.

It has been over a year and it fine for me as of now. It’s a short commute to work. Sometimes the manager does miss my calls but he is good when it comes to following up. Renting from them does not seem that bad, as I was expecting. Plus it is pet friendly and has low Security Deposit. Overall, as of now the place is pretty decent for the rent they charge.
