DO NOT sign with Strataco Management in Burnaby. This company is a big joke. When you e-mail a strata agent, it goes into a group mailbox so there's no way to contact them individually. BTW their website is very outdated and looks like something out of 1994. These guys clearly lack communication skills because they never respond to emails or return phone calls. By the time they resolve issues months will pass. These agents claim that they act "on behalf of strata council", pure BS. Don't waste your time contacting them because they're always either "out on the road" or "out of the country" . Look up their reviews on Google, these guys are the worst.
