I’m a concierge at The Luminary and a resident needed his car unlocked and Malek happened to be passing through while I was trying to help the resident. It seems like he’s a go-getter and mobile all the time. He was quick and polite. As a worker in customer service, I really appreciated what he did. Highly recommended

Very professionally tow my car. Charge reasonable rate. Pleasant and welcoming and very respectful with good manners.
Will call on Abdul again if I ever need tow service again

My mother and i were stranded in a parking garage after a doctors appointment, we called and immediately got ahold of Adual, he was very kind and quick to get to us. Took him only 14 minutes to get to us and less than 2 minutes to get our car battery up and running again! Amazing customer service, we will be using them again!
