Never rent from this property management company.. ever! Within living here for 9 months, my kitchen has flooded 3 times, my oven burner leaked, my bath tub became corroded with rust and was infested with black mold and still doesnt drain AT ALL. I have to go to other places to use the shower because mine still doesnt work after the tap being 'replaced'. There is also old chipping paint EVERYWHERE, my kitchen cupboards also wont shut and end up hitting you in the head unexpectedly. They have YET to do all my repairs. On top of that, my toilet won't even flush, but I am still waiting on all these repairs...
