Would Give Zero if Possible.

I had a terrible experience with Cabinets To Go and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. The customer service was absolutely awful — once they had my money, it felt like they couldn’t care less. The installers were extremely unprofessional, rushed the job, and left multiple issues unaddressed. To make things worse, several of the cabinets arrived damaged, and when I raised concerns, management was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.

After spending thousands of dollars, I expected quality and basic respect. Instead, I got poor workmanship, damaged products, and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually values its customers.

I highly recommend Cabinets to Go! Brian, my sales rep was so nice to work with as we designed my kitchen. He had so much patience with me because I kept calling him with questions and special additions. He explained the entire bill to me and kept me fully informed on the order status. The quality of the cabinets is extremely competitive with most cabinet companies. I also visited the store Rochelle Park and the sales representative was also very professional, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable about the cabinets. Please give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Horrible.. Ordered cabinets and a counter top. Cabinets came scratched, knicked and split in some areas. The lazy susan corner cabinet did not come with hinges or the lazy susan.. The “crown moulding” was just two thin white boards that came in plastic wrap. It was not crown moulding. The counter was cut on the wrong end.. so they sent a replacement. 2 weeks later I rec’d the replacement with the same problem and then a third with the same problem. Haven’t had a kitchen for two months. All I’ve gotten was an I’m sorry we can order a (4th) replacement. I had no no kitchen for Thanksgiving and now Christmas is in two weeks and I still won’t have a kitchen.. I can not wait for a 4th replacement that will have the same problem so I had to go elsewhere and spend more money on another counter from somewhere else. I asked for a refund and was told I have to return the counter to the store and pay a 25% re-stocking fee. Why would I be responsible for the return when this was not my error.. and pay a restocking fee for THEIR error?! Also, It’s a 10 foot countertop. How can the average customer with a regular size car return that? This has been a complete nightmare and now just seems like a joke. No regard for the customer.. There is no management available to speak to. Just offered apologies and replacements from a contact center in a foreign land. So now Im out a few thousand.. stuck with damaged cabinets that look like they were returned prior, no lazy Susan, just a big empty corner cabinet with no doors because it didn’t come with hinges.. no counter and boards for crown moulding.. but at least they are sorry. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.
