I went in to purchase countertops and had a very uncomfortable experience overall. The sales representative, Kayla, appeared extremely disheveled, so much so that she looked like she had just gotten out of bed. When I approached her, I noticed a strong smell of alcohol coming from her, which was shocking and unprofessional.

Kayla was not well versed in the products they had to offer and was unable to clearly answer basic questions about the countertops. She had to call her manager to relay and confirm important details about the product, which further highlighted the lack of preparedness.

As the conversation continued, Kayla mentioned that the store would be going out of business. Based on the level of professionalism we experienced during our visit, that unfortunately makes sense. If this is how the business is being run and if it is acceptable for sales representatives to present themselves this way while assisting customers, it raises serious concerns.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not feel comfortable recommending this store.

Extremely disappointed in the professionalism and quality of cabinets they are literally just processed wood chipped garbage. Our entire order was screwed up even when he had a sheet to go against of exactly what cabinets we needed and furthermore screwed up the delivery date so I had to drive all the way to Lawrenceburg to pick up my Cabinet and they charged me a delivery fee which they never refunded me back. Furthermore, after getting my cabinets, they were all the wrong cabinets and many of the cabinets weren’t even put on the order so therefore I brought them back to get a return and it has been upwards of three weeks and I have still yet to see the return on the cabinets that I’ve already dropped off at their store. Do not use this company if you need cabinets definitely don’t buy their cheap garbage. Spend the little extra money and buy yourself a mid grade cabinet cause in the end you will not be happy.

Adjusting this review as we go. So far, not so good. I purchased cabinets to be delivered today. I received a call two days ago from Brad the salesman, confirming the delivery and I was told I would receive a call yesterday giving me a time window to expect the delivery. That call never happened. I called the store today (delivery day) to get an estimated time of delivery. Only when I called the store was I told that part of the order (the crown moulding) was on back order and the order wouldn’t ship until all materials were in stock. Apparently my time is of no value to Cabinets To Go, because I rearranged my schedule to be here today for this delivery and I wasn’t even going to get a courtesy call. Absolute failure of a business model.

I will update this review as this process continues. As of now, I’m told they can deliver everything except the crown next Wednesday (a week late) and the crown would be delivered when it’s in stock…. in August. Today is May 24th. I may just ask for a full refund on principal alone.

Maggie has been exceptional is the design process of our kitchen. She knows the process inside and out, and able to suggest alternatives to our original ideas- which were far better- like Neapolitan granite w gray cabinets!! Can't wait to see it and send her before and after photos!
(Ask for Maggie - do yourself a favor and get it right the first time!)
