Everything went very smoothly with this company. I had Mike here about 25 years ago to build all the fences throughout my neighbourhood, as well as my own deck. I was very happy to find that he was still in business. After Mike came to appraise he found that 3 fence posts had rotted out. Mike's son Matthew came with Nick to do the work. They arrived on time and completed the job in the promised time frame. They did a great job taking down that portion of my fence, replacing the 3 rotted posts, and reassembling the original fence and lattice. They did this all within a day! Thanks so much!

I live across the street from the daycare on McRae and had a front-row seat to the fence project MAK General Contracting completed. I was honestly impressed by how quickly and professionally they worked. They built the entire fence in under 48 hours, and the quality is outstanding. The team was respectful, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. If anyone in the area needs fencing or exterior work, I would highly recommend this company.

Mak General Contracting did a great job cutting down a tree in our backyard. The crew was professional, and the work was clean and efficient. Matthew was very likable and easy to communicate with. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the scheduling was delayed and we ended up waiting longer than we would have liked. Other than that, very satisfied with the service and would still recommend them.

Matt was great. Super responsive, always got back to us within minutes. Felt like he was working 25 hours a day. Made things really easy for us.

Phenomenal workmanship and competitive price for residential fence work. Mike’s team, including his son Matt, provided us with fast quotes, and extremely rapid delivery of their services. One of our fences was torn down and completed in just under a day. They also built a long fence and retaining wall structure, and provided good workarounds for tricky scenarios. They were very responsive, provided us daily updates (including when we were out of town), and communicated any concerns with us every step of the way. I would consider the MAK team for additional work in my home, or recommend to other friends & family in future.
