Came to fix my heating element. Technician was nice however quoted 370$ for a heating element replacement. Of course they are aware that it is needed in the moment. My father was at my home and asked to see the old part since he did not see a new part brought in nor box or anything. The technician left without providing it so I’m hoping the part used was a new part for $370.

Our built-in microwave broke on Friday night. We did our research, and it would cost us between $900 and $1,000 to replace it (new microwave + new trim + new bracket). We called Elvin, and he showed up the next day to fix our microwave (he replaced the magnetron) at a very reasonable price without any upselling. Elvin will be our go-to person for any home appliance repair services from now on.

Elvin arrived early and immediately started working on my washer. He demonstrated what I needed to do to keep the washing machine smelling good. A monthly mixture of toothpaste and half a lemon for the glass and baking soda and vinegar for the drum. He cleaned up after himself and was neat and tidy throughout the repair process. He was personable and friendly. Highly recommend Elvin. I'm pleased with his work.
