It's been several months since we had Marcus from Arizona Garage Door Technicians out to look at our garage door, and I realized I never wrote the review he deserves!

Marcus was incredibly caring, informative, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to educate us about proper garage door maintenance and shared something I never knew—you should have your garage door inspected and maintained twice a year. It makes perfect sense, but it wasn't something I had ever thought about before.

I also assumed garage doors were just naturally noisy. Marcus quickly explained that they shouldn't be! After his visit, I learned that a properly maintained garage door should operate much more smoothly and quietly than ours had been.

What I appreciated most was that Marcus took the time to answer our questions and help us understand how to keep our garage door operating safely and efficiently. His knowledge and willingness to educate us made a lasting impression.

Asked for an appointment on Saturday, and got my issue fixed Monday. They gave me a 2-hour window (normal), and I had asked to get a 30-minute heads-up message, and they did -- very helpful so that I didn't have to wait at home the whole time. Marcus arrived in the window promised, and right when their heads-up message said he would be there.

Marcus was very thorough in explaining what was going on with my door, and why he was recommending particular services. He wasn't trying to upsell me on anything; I had asked about certain things going on with the roller tracks, and he said they didn't actually seem like they needed addressing.

Marcus tended to the things that did need work very quickly. My garage door opener is audibly under much less strain than before, and is moving more smoothly in its tracks. He charged a very fair price and I was happy to pay it. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Arizona Garage Door Technicians. Marcus came out to fix my garage and was extremely honest and transparent throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or like anyone was trying to upsell me just straightforward, trustworthy service.
Even after the initial repair, I had a couple of unrelated issues come up, and each time I called, they were quick to respond and get me scheduled right away. That level of customer care really stood out.
I’ve already recommended them to a friend, and she had the same positive experience, which shows this is consistent service not just a one-time thing. This truly reflects who Marcus is and what the business represents.

Arizona garage door technicians were one of the best household firms I have ever used. If u have any kind of garage problem call and ask for Marcus. I mistakenly drove my car into my garage door and thought I was heading for a “$3000 fix. But Marcus found a way to fix it and it only cost $175 and he also gave my wife a new remote for the garage. I will never use another garage tech in Az except for Marcus. I have used about 7 techs in my 45 yrs of owning a car. None of them were as good as Marcus,

Marcus came out to perform maintenance on my garage for my home that was built recently, but I had not had any maintenance done since I moved in three years ago. He came out and saw that one of the pieces holding the garage to the wall was close to falling out. He took the time to show me where the issues were and explained what he was going to do. He was very quick and communicative throughout the whole process and even helped me connect my garage door to my app, which I hadn’t been able to figure out since I moved in. I would highly recommend them for all of your garage door needs!

We had an emergency repair need and Yvonne took our call, was courteous and processional, had the sense of urgency we were seeking and had Marcus, the technician, at our house in a timely manner. Yvonne and Marcus were fantastic! My wife and I all of sudden started having issues with our garage. We contacted Garage Door Technicians and they responded promptly and we were able to set up an appointment. Marcus came out asked me questions and went over the possible issues and started accessing the garage. Once he discovered the issue he explained to me clearly the next steps. Marcus completed the job and the price was very affordable. Overall they are extremely professional and provided great service, which is important to us!

Highly recommend! Our garage door sweep/seal needed to be replaced. They came out on 7/4 and provided absolutely execellent service. They worked with me to install it in a way that would better seal on an uneven concrete surface. They were happy to adapt the install to my needs and worked quickly. Very happy with their service.

AGDT were great from the moment I called them I just knew they were going to fix my issue with breaking the bank. I spoke with Marcus and he assured me that he would do everything possible on saving my garage door. My first opinion right away only wanted to sell me a garage door and not repair what I had. He was able to salvage my door which was in great condition after he repaired it! Thank you Marcus and AGDT for everything. You guys saved the day.

Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday. Marcus and Miguel, co-owners of Arizona Garage Door Technicians came out to service it Monday afternoon. They replaced both springs with high cycle springs and got our door working better than it has for years. They checked the entire system out and told us that everything else was in good working order. They recommended regular servicing to extend the life of the door and opener. My guys when it comes to my garage door needs! Amazing when you get the owners of the company both show up at your door and give you a thorough inspection of your garage door and explain in details what the needs are and all the steps to follow!
