So the mac & cheese, the top part of the cheese was already hard and dense when I got it. The top part of the cheese was not gooey at all. The cheese sauce was odd looking within the container as you will see from the pictures I took.

The cashier was great, but the whole service experience, focusing on the quality of the food was terrible.

I had seen one of the workers drop a napkin on the floor in the dining area and he did not pick it up. He let it sit there for about five minutes before he came around with a broom.

I will not be returning to this location again with the subpar quality of the mac & cheese. So many other places to choose from to eat that are within the same price range in the mall.

Chicken Fill A is my go to place for sandwiches. The spicy chicken strips- oh so yummy- with buffalo zeast sauce. The place is super clean, well organized, and service is examplary; they give you mint mouth fresher and wet tissue if you are dinning in. After I put my oder, I sat in a seat, think it might take time. In few minutes, they brought my food extremely well packaged to my table. Overall, fantastic place for quality sandwiches and other items of their menu.

This order felt overcooked — the chicken came out dry and smaller than expected, which affected the overall experience. For a $15.49 meal, the portion size and quality didn’t really match the price point.

Chick-fil-A is usually known for consistency, but this visit didn’t reflect that. It felt more like an off batch rather than the standard you’d expect from the brand.

Expectation vs reality: paying a premium for fast food should come with reliable quality and portioning — this one missed on both.

Overall, disappointing for the price.

tried the spicy deluxe at Chick-fil-A and it delivered as expected. The sandwich wasn’t very spicy, more of a mild kick than real heat, but it was still fresh, well made, and tasted good overall. The fries are consistently solid and always a reliable side. One thing this place does really well is service, staff are efficient, polite, and keep things moving even when it’s busy. Compared to other fast food spots around the mall, it stands out as one of the better options for both quality and consistency.

I'll keep this short. I've been here 3-4 times and it's always on point. Always ordered the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich combo and it doesn't disappoint. If you don't like spicy then you can get the regular deluxe sandwich. The chik-fil A sauce is really good, basically a smoked honey mustard flavour.

Their waffle fries are fresh but sometimes over salted, make sure to ask them to put less salt for yours.

The staff are all very nice and well mannered. They walk around handing out wet wipes and clearing the tables for you throughout the meal.

Overall I recommend this since the price isn't too high and it's a much better alternative to the regular fast food chains for the same price.
