Nikolai is my favorite employee at Kwik-Trip and has brought once-in-a-generation customer service, a 1000-kilowatt smile and an unforgettable charm. Long hours on the road can be tough, so it is nice to see a person who goes the extra mile.

I have a serious physical disability due to my thyroid and it affects my ability to discern different powdered cappucino flavors when I have an episode. Nikolai not only showed me where the French Vanilla was but recommended the appropriate pumps of Alert to make it back home without driving off the road.

Nikolai has not only made my nights far easer, he has saved my time, my life (by keeping me awake), and potentially my marriage.

God bless you, Nikolai.

P.S The chicken enchilada bowl is excellent.

I have been coming here for 12 years now. For as long as I can recall, Augusta has been one of my favorite team members. I like to stop by after work and she's always working the overnight. Just a wonderful lady. Always smiling, always finds a way to go the extra mile.

Today, I picked up a burger and unwrapped it to add some ketchup. I noticed a small hair on the wrapper and I let Augusta know just in case they needed to know for whatever reason. I was not upset at all and I was still buying the burger. During checkout, she says, "And your burger is free today." and I assured her I was not complaining to get free food, and she assured me that she knew I wasn't, she just wanted to go the extra mile again.

Thank you Kwik Trip. The manager Ron at this location is also amazing and always asks how I'm doing when he sees me. Ron, if you see this, it would really make me happy if you could recognize Augusta and honor her for the constant white glove level customer care she gives. It means a lot to me that she gets the recognition she deserves. Kwik Trip would be nothing without their customer facing team members and Augusta exemplifies all of the qualities that reflect the goals of the company as a whole.

This place is conveniently located right off the road and has a nice big selection of groceries, fresh produce, and baked pastries, also a great deal on bananas. It's like a small grocery store that also has gas. I appreciated the very friendly service from everyone that worked there and the clean bathrooms. It has a gas station for cars and big semi trucks. Their rewards program is interesting and worth it.

Conveniently located, easy to pull into and out of this location. Store always seems clean and well stocked. Quick trip just always seems soo much better than you're typical gas station/ Convenient store. This location has plenty of parking for POV or work trucks, semi trucks. Plenty of staff here regularly, staff is always very nice, helpful and courteous.

Excellent communication gas station and truck stop. Everything a driver needs from fuel to food. Good food. Great prices.

High speed diesel pumps and scales for big rig drivers.

The store is well stocked. Neat, clean and orderly. Great staff too.
