These aren't condos they are rental apartments. 131 has an obese stalker lady who drives a black cadillac who stalks are harasses minors. She regularly sits outside in her car honking the horn and revving her cheap exhaust, if you look outside when she's doing this you can see her bouncing around, yelling and pointing and hitting herself seemingly having a heated physical altercation with herself and this happens all the time, all hours of the day and night. The building has had bed bugs and cockroaches since this obese predator moved in. Sent complaints to Park Property but nothing gets done. If you are unfortunate enough to have to live here document everything, you will need to call police to make this creepy stalker woman stop stalking you, Park Property will do nothing. Not a safe place for women or children to live.

Too much crime and creepy behavior with no security. You have an obese stalker in a black Cadillac harrassing young girls all the time and sitting outside their windows revving their modified exhaust even after he's been told these girls are underage and not interested and want him to leave them alone.
