Percel Inc. have been our property management company since November 2019 in Blue Mountain/Collingwood and are doing a very good job. Our property manager is Franca Torelli who is excellent to work with, always on the ball, and she very knowledgeable regarding her work. Franca is always approachable and always works with you when there is a problem.
