Second time buying with The Hoffman Group, and first time selling with Carol and Rob and now Maddy, and everything was a great success. We decided to buy a new house out of the blue, which meant we had to sell the current house out of the blue, and The Hoffman Group was instantly ready upon receiving my email. Carol is like family at this point, like that Auntie you know will have your back no matter what. She's transparent, fun, and a tough negotiator from start to finish. The market is unpredictable for selling, but Carol takes it all in stride and stays focused on engaging potential buyers and their agents, and building rapport to get to closing. I always feel safe bringing my dumb questions, or my worries to Carol, and she guides me to answers and calms my stress. With Maddy joining the team that gave us one more friend in our corner to support open houses for selling, and responding to queries for the new house closing. We purchased our new dream home and closed easily and cleanly. Selling the previous house followed later and Carol stayed firm with the buying agent to get us all to the right price and timeline. The Hoffman Group fields all the calls and questions and negotiates for me in a way that makes this all feel straight forward and high precision.
