Called to see what percentage of spot they buy at for gold and silver. The man on the phone assumed I thought I would get pure gold price for my items when I never said that. I felt like my intelligence was insulted, told him im not an idiot and hung up.

What a beautiful Saturday experience! My friend and I were warmly greeted by the owner’s wife. Right after we were offered a warm and delicious coffee while waiting to meet the owner. All smiles during our entire visit! It felt like a doctor’s appointment with the owner being so considerate and following through the entire conversation my friend and I had with him. Five plus star customer service! We will definitely visit Harwich again.
We wanted to make a new friend today and it looks like we did.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. They were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely made me feel taken care of from start to finish. I never felt pressured at any point, which I really appreciated. Their prices/offers were fair, their communication was great, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with everything. You can tell they actually care about their customers, which is rare these days. Highly recommend.

I'm not going to go into details, but all I'm going to say is I got taken advantage of because I walked in a little before closing and was paid less than what my jewelry was worth. I'm only bothering to say that because I don't understand how this guy got all five stars. He was nice, sure, but he wasn't fair with me at all.

The owner, Eddie and his Wife and daughter are a pleasure to do business with. Being new to the area I didn’t know anybody trustworthy that I could sell my old scrap gold too for a Good fair market price. After a short conversation with Miss connection, Eddie called me back immediately and personally told me that he would meet me at the shop in 15 minutes when he would be back and take care of me.
He took myself, wife , seven month old daughter and my service dog in the back to do business quietly from the summer rush and we had a wonderful conversation while he checked out my items and proceeded to write me a check for a bank directly across the street from his shop literally…
while I’m back, we had many good conversations about America. My families service I his family’sOn top of that he went above and beyond and gave my seven month old daughter a beautiful Cape Cod bracelet as a surprise gift that brought me to tears. Thanks agin Eddie!

We stopped in on a dreary Saturday to have some old gold jewelry appraised, you know those things you've been keeping in a drawer forever, but they're broken, outdated, never to be worn again? Anyhow, Ed and his staff were personable, knowledgeable and very fair. We left quite as very satisfied customers and will be back. Side note: their jewelry is gorgeous and seems very reasonably priced.
