I recently had a very positive experience during my eye exam at Pearl Vision Derwood. From the moment I arrived, everyone on the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The optometrist took the time to clearly explain the details of the eye exam and helped me understand how it relates to my overall health. One of the highlights of the visit was the test where they took a picture of my entire eyeball. It was fascinating to see the image displayed, as it provided insight into my overall health. The eye doctor made sure to explain everything thoroughly, which I greatly appreciated.

After the exam, the staff continued to provide excellent support by assisting me in selecting a new pair of glasses and guiding me through my next steps for eye care. They were always ready to answer any questions I had, making the process straightforward and comfortable.

I also appreciated the location of this Pearl Vision store; it is quiet, with minimal traffic, which allowed me to feel like the focus throughout my appointment. Having been a regular visitor, I recently learned about a change in ownership. Based on my experience, these changes have brought positive improvements to both the store and the overall eye care experience.

One of the more pleasant optometry experiences I've had. Dr Kepner is very knowledgeable and supported by a pleasant, organized team. They were efficient and calm on a Thursday afternoon. Strongly recommend.

Appointment was straightforward and pleasant. Everyone from check in, to my eye exam, to ordering glasses and contacts was friendly and helpful. They also had the frames in store that I wanted. Great place.

Such a good experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful. My last eye doctor bluntly told me “you’re just not going to have 20/20 vision with glasses”. The Dr today took her time and took my history into high consideration and I could clearly read the 20/20 line at the end of the visit. Will be coming back!
