I was referred directly to help desk Analyst, Adam after a ticket was created for me by the CEO, Rishi. I was impressed with how quickly Adam followed up with me via phone and email.
Adam was extremely knowledgeable, confident and calm when diagnosing my issue. Adam walked me through the issue and recommendations after providing a thorough analysis.

They are based in Edmonton but has helped us with many IT problems remotely or have their service tech in town come into the office. My companies have been using Keeran for over two years now. We were having significant issues with my previous provider and decided to switch to Keeran. Over the next 6 months they tackled all my issues and things started to run much smoother. Never have I been billed extra for anything not even a late night after hours service call. Issues have been dealt with promptly and with good service. While they are not the cheapest you know what they say "You get what you pay for." My companies can not afford downtime and with Keeran that issue is resolved.

It gives me great pleasure to write a Google Review for Keeran Networks. Before they entered into our business, which is a high-end luxury dealership (Bavaria BMW), we had endless problems and continual concerns with our network and our previous providers. There were so many band-aid solutions, that our system was always being compromised. So, I decided to go a different direction and not always get the cheapest option but instead I went with people who truly understood our end goal and develop a smooth network with minimal concerns or problems. My decisions to hire Keeran Networks and to the leadership of Rishi and Ed was one of the best business decisions that we made as a company.
