we rented from them for 2 years and the carpets were gross. as soon as we moved in, these old stains started bleading back thru the carpet and i asked them to look at them and clean the floors. all of a sudden it was our problem. well we lived with them like that for the next year and a half till they jacked the rent to over 2000 a month. all we got was a cold boot out the door.
