Had a peaceful and enjoyable little getaway. We had a king 1 bedroom suite and it was awesome. The staff was kind and assisted me during check in respectfully and patiently, even as I was frazzled with such a long travel prior to arrival.

After a long journey, we arrived at the hotel extremely tired. Elijah (İlyas), who welcomed us at the entrance with all his warmth and genuine hospitality, deserves our heartfelt thanks. The hotel’s features and location were truly impressive.

Convenient location to the casino and staff was friendly. This hotel is quite old and outdated. Almost like it is stuck in the early 90's. Rooms look like they have not been refreshed since then, too. The free breakfast was better than nothing, but was very low quality items. Wouldn't stay here again but If someone was on a budget, I think this would be an okay place to stay. Especially if you have children because you would not need to worry about them ruining anything.

Excellent service, so super helpful! James at the front desk was so, so kind and professional and available to help with everything, and I can be needy with hotel service, I don't stay in them often. I booked a night here while handling some family business around the Rochester area, and this hotel truly exceeded expectations. The location is convenient, the building is modern, and the entire place is quiet.
Check-in was smooth and welcoming, even though I arrived after midnight. The gentleman at the front desk handled everything quickly and kindly, which I really appreciated after a long day.
The suite layout was the biggest surprise: two separate rooms, each with a queen bed, plus a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to six people. And unlike many hotels, the sofa bed was genuinely comfortable. They really live up to the "Comfort" in their name.
The price for all that space and comfort was almost unbelievable. Between the cleanliness, the modern feel, and the thoughtful room design, this stay was absolutely worth it.
I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Rochester area. The videos I took during my stay say it all.
