Hands down the BEST independent record store in town. Large store with a great selection of neatly organized vinyl,CDs, DVDs and assorted record collector supplies. QUALITY stuff stored properly, no yard sale junk. The vinyl records are all bagged and stored in racks that allow for easy browsing. Fair pricing on all products, NO "ebay" pricing in effect. The store also has the largest section of local music available in town. A local store that supports local artists is always a plus. As a bonus the store participates with the CKUW friends program that gives you a discount for supporting campus radio.

Don't go here looking for new LPs, expect to pay what you would at amazon.ca + 15$. For more competitive pricing, I would go to music trader in osbourne village.
As for older stuff, you would be better off going to a flea market, especially Mulvey Market, you'll find everything in this store there for half the price.

This places smokes. Rarely have I failed to find what I was looking for - and I've looked for some pretty obscure stuff.

This is my favourite record store. Everything is well organized(one of the most common issues with record stores, I find), the prices are reasonable, and the employees are friendly and helpful.
They have a pretty good selection. Some things are hard to find, but if you wait long enough they usually show up here.
