Moved my check-in time up so that was good. But when I arrived. I had to sit and wait almost up to the initial check-in time. Not really enough seats for patients. And it was a bit chaotic due to no one was bilingual. The bad out the way. The receptionist did a masterful job of trying to sort through the chaos. Once I was called back. The medical team was fast and efficient. Cudos to how the processed me and got to what I need to have done.

Due to an emergency, Dr. Cicic was called in for my surgery. My first impression was that he was a very nice man. The more Dr. Cicic spoke he eased my mind about my surgery. He explained everything in terms I could understand. I knew I was in very good hands and I trusted him completely. I highly recommend Dr. Cicic and wish there were more doctors like him.
