It was a zoo from the start, a crowed frenzy of Utter chaos and filthy facilities. Okay I can let that slide, it is a children's facility after all. BUT THIS IS WHAT I FOUND UNACCEPTABLE. I take my daughter to the washroom, and after doing my best to maneuver around the utterly disgusting filth, I let her go about her business. To my horror there is no toilet paper left anywhere in the washroom. SO there is no choice, my daughter with her pants around her knees and I go to the front desk to ask for some toilet paper. Sucks yes, but end of Story? NO.
I will give kudos to the poor girl at the desk, who was genuinely sorry and trying help me paging for assistance from her co-workers. No less than THREE staff members came sauntering by only to inform us that basically "it wasn't my job to get the toilet paper". The whole time I am standing there in disbelief, my daughter still with her pants around her knees. I left in disgust, and without the toilet paper. Absolutely Deplorable service, Utterly Despicable!
