Once again, Chrissy nailed it for us. She explained how and what to prepare and expect throughout the selling process. Full price offer within hours of the first open house. Accepted! Chrissy also has a team on-call to help finish up your property so it will shine at it's best and that was a huge asset. Chrissy was also able to recommend a moving company as we were moving out-of-state, Watson Moving and Storage, and our move was accomplished flawlessly and we are settled into our new home.
Closing was smooth and Chrissy even arranged for a Notary to come to our new home to sign all papers and legalities, all overnighted to Ft Collins title company.
Chrissy was also super patient with cranky me. Moving is hard! She even helped us procure some boxes. First class agent, first class experience. Thank you Chrissy!

The absolute best! Chrissy was 100% there for us from start to finish. Even when we weren’t ready to buy, she took time out of her day to sit down with us and go over the process. We got to ask so so many questions throughout the whole process. No matter how silly the question, she always made us feel validated & supported. It shows that we value her knowledge and intuition in that we choose our house based on Chrissy’s confirmation that our energy felt different (in a positive way) walking through the first time. Not only did she keep track of every single statistic of each house she showed us, but also kept track of our first-impression vibes.
