I had a great experience with Gerber, from dropping of my car, to getting in a rental car and picking up my repaired car. Completely seamless and flawless.

Never will take my car back here again. Fogelsville location was great they were backed up so asked if i was okay with them flat bedding it to stockertown i agreed to it had i known they would redo the whole estimate on my car it would have stayed where i took it in the first place. Told them in stockertown the issues that had happened once my car was in an accident that were not a problem prior to it they did not listen. They tried telling me my check engine light was not on but when i dropped my car off in fogelsville they put me in a rental right away because it was on but said my car threw a code because of the temp sensor now mind you my car runs diagnostic testing on its own and gave me the engine control system which goes with the temp sensor. They also told me my temp sensor was mounted in the wrong spot then came back and said it was in the right spot. I told them the auto shut off and restart did not work after the incident they neglected to listen nor fix the problem so when i picked the car up in fogelsville i ended up having to leave it there because the problem i told them about was not fixed. The car was not cleaned like i got told it would be. I have already told several people to never take their cars to this place. I feel like i was mistreated and unheard because i am a female. Never again.

My vehicle has only just been dropped off but so far the process has been painless.

Update:

They don't lie but they won't tell you the truth and hope you don't figure it out. Stay away from this place. Clerical workers are nice as far as I know but they failed me. I would have to go back and waste my time to fix what they never did in the first place and never bothered telling me.

So thankful I chose Brown Daub!! They dealt with the insurance company to. make sure we could use Genuine GM Parts! Made sure it was all
covered even though it wasn’t the insurance companies body shop and I had my car back quickly. Thanks Mike L for all your hard work! It looks as good as new!!
