Stumbled upon Hummus Republic while out antiquing and thrifting nearby, and once we looked at the menu, we had to try! My friend was excited to find vegetarian options, especially the falafel, while I couldn't decide between the chicken shawarma and the lemon chicken so I really appreciated being able to sample a few items before ordering. I love the build-your-own concept because you can customize your meal exactly how you like it. Since I couldn't choose between the two chicken options, I asked for both—and I'm so glad I did!
I topped it was tzatziki sauce. Yum!
Before heading out, I picked up a Cate's Cookie to enjoy later. It was delicious and made with only a handful of simple ingredients. Yay for simple goodness!
A special shout-out to Helen and Vishal for being so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Great customer service always makes the experience even better.

Tried Hummus Republic for the first time and I’m seriously impressed. The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor—definitely worth the visit. Honestly, even the lemonade alone would’ve made it worth it (they had five different kinds!). The service was attentive and helpful, and everything was spotless. Can’t wait to go back!

Really delicious, fresh, food. The staff was really patient and friendly explaining each ingredient. They give you a generous portion. You can almost share one bowl. Highly recommended.

I ordered the lamb & beef rice bowl off DoorDash & it was buy 1 get free on a Monday. For a small size it was fully portioned & all the food was fresh & perfectly seasoned. My only complaint was the dollop of sauce they added on the side (wish the container was filled) but everything was delicious.

Get off the high processed and low quality foods and get something more healthy! This place has a great choice of fresh vegetables, flavored protein, and healthy items. The establishment is clean and staff are friendly. I had the lemon chicken which was delicious and flavored just right without being overpowering or greasy. Vegetables were fresh and not stale. Definitely I’ll come back again
