We ordered wings through the app to be delivered. Was ignored for almost two hours. When we called they were rude and dismissive and said they didn’t have delivery drivers. Acted like it was our fault they were out of delivery drivers and offered no other “help” besides “you can come pick up your order.” Then, was hung up on and when we called back, they left the receiver on the counter and deliberately ignored us. The girl at the counter was insanely rude. It’s okay though, we called corporate. Save your money and order from another place!

I’m giving this two stars because I’m trying to be optimistic. The service is slow. When you read that, it feels like they only have one employee. They’re not lying. You can’t even be angry because you know they only have one kitchen employee and one front host. Food took over 45 min. Came out cold. Odd…

This was a really disappointing experience. There was more sauce smeared all over the outside of the containers—possibly BBQ or teriyaki—than there was on the actual wraps we ordered. And to be clear, we didn’t even order anything that should’ve come with that brown sauce, so it just felt messy and careless.

On top of that, the ranch cups were completely missing, as was the dip that’s supposed to come with the onion rings. Speaking of those onion rings, we received only five rings in the regular-sized BEER-BATTERED ONION RINGS, which cost $6.49. That’s absolutely not worth the price.

Overall, the order felt rushed and sloppy. For the price and brand, I expected better attention to detail.

Ordered wings which all came cold and I think they were running out of seasoning (dry rub) and sauce. Absolutely horrible and will not return to this location.

Disappointed in the chicken tenders that I had ordered due to size proportions. Consisted of 5 skimpy and small pieces of chicken tenders that seemed to have been out of the fryer for a decent amount of time and werent very warm. The fries also seemed to be lacking the proportion size you get when you dine it. The mozzarella sticks were the same as they are whenever i order in. I spent $25.61 for this food and was not satisfied. Would not highly recommend ordering food from here unless you're on the verge of starving and want to spend more money for not a lot of food. The service from the employee that cashed me out was good, no complaints there.
