Ordered at 6:22. When I finished it gave me an estimate of 6:30 pick up time. I think "Sweet, thats quick. I will hustle on down there." Yall, I could have walked the few miles from my house and had time to spare. I get in the door and my order hasn't even been dropped. Not a big deal yet. It however, did become a big deal when I waited for an aditional 30 mins, and when asked if my oder was next or close I recieved a we are going to drop it soon... Seriously!? I didn't end up getting my food until 7:10. 40 mins after my expected time! 12 mins shy of an hr from my order time for 20 boneless wings, fries, and a sandwich is ridiculous. They weren't even that busy. If it was going to take that long don't tell me it will be ready at 6:30. If it is an online automated thing I get a few mins off, but not 40. That means that they are not managing time, not trained properly, or both.

This is the second experience similar to this in a few months. The first time I got my order and we had missing food that took 10 additonal mins to recieve after having waited well over my expected time. Our food was cold by time we got it home to eat it.

I really hope something changes because most B Dubs we love. I was wildly excited to get one here, but we will have to wait a while before we venture to give this location another chance.

2 employees were working late on 6/20/26 no gloves handling food with bare hands and wiping his face and cloths then grabbing the chicken. 4 people were waiting and dudes is talking about thanos was right.

Absolutely amazing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. A huge shoutout to Terry and Patrick for providing outstanding customer service, they were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to find employees who go above and beyond like they did. They truly made our visit memorable. We will definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend this location!

If the service that I received tonight is the norm. I have a prediction that this business will be closed in Scottsbluff within a few months.
I am writing this review in hopes that management and ownership takes my comments seriously because I definitely want Buffalo Wild Wings to succeed in our area for years and years to come!
I placed an online order and walked in the doors 30 minutes later. There was absolutely nothing going on, and there was only one online order ahead of me. I was not greeted or acknowledged.
I waited an additional 15 Minutes to receive my order.
I could or understand a 45 minute order time if they were busy, but there was absolutely nothing going on. The restaurant was dead, dead dead! Then on top of that to not even be acknowledged or greeted or apologize to for the wait times is unacceptable in my opinion!
I love Buffalo Wild Wings, and I really want it to succeed here in town. That is the only reason I am writing this comment.

I’ve been back multiple times and am pleased to say have yet to have a bad experience.

Just took advantage of their 15 wing, 5 tenders and large fries for $20 and all was fantastic.

I have learned to get sauce on the side or just buy my own bottle and sauce them when I get home. Otherwise, the wings tend to get soggy after a 10-15 minute drive home if they are sauced at the restaurant.

Congrats on your opening today! Much needed in our area.
