Paulo and his crew were at our establishment doing their employee Christmas party. We had a guest being unruly and absolutely unreasonable. We hadn’t hired them. They were not hired by us, they were here to relax and celebrate. They stepped in and helped deescalate everything. I cannot recommend them enough. Class act from top to bottom.
