But the idea for Smokehouse 734 sparked when one of our own team members turned out to be incredibly skilled at BBQ and meat smoking—we knew we had to build something around that talent. We started with a foundation of Kansas City-style barbecue, but we didn’t stop there. While smoked meats are at the heart of what we do, our menu is designed to please a wide range of tastes.
