I was nervous because of my last experience several years ago by a different artist but Laurie made me feel like she could fix things and she did. She was confident, professional, fast, you can tell she was well trained by her technique. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Highly highly recommend. Yesterday, after putting it off for quite sometime, I FINALLY got my permanent Ombre Eyebrows done at Waxonomy, by the wonderful owner, Laurie Hannoush! I found her business on Facebook and the reviews for her skilled work, were all singing her praises! I decided to get my eyebrows done by her! I spoke with Laurie, well over a year ago, sent her my picture, showing my current eyebrow look! We had a consultation over there phone, she accessed my eyebrows from the pic and made some permanent solution suggestions and we decided that the ombre eyebrows were best for me! I was very surprised when I showed up for my appt. yesterday, that she had remembered me from over a year ago and still had the picture I sent! From the time I entered Waxonomy, until my procedure was completed, my experience with Laurie was amazing! She's very friendly and the atmosphere of her place is very relaxing!🤗 My appt. started on time, and she got right to taking care of me! Laurie explained, in detail, the entire process to me, made me comfortable on the chaise lounge chair and begin to make me some very beautiful and natural looking Ombre Eyebrows! They're was a little discomfort, but not enough to keep me from drifting of for a little nap!🤣😂🤣 When the procedure was completed, she explained the importance of me following her after-care instructions, and gave me a complimentary care pouch of goodies, to help my new eyebrows heal completely! I came to Waxonomy in Frisco for my eyebrows and ended up choosing to have laser hair removal done for some annoying hair I’ve been wanting to get rid of. My technician, Laurie, was very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. The treatment was quick and comfortable and I’m looking forward to my results. I’ve already seen a difference with my first session of laser hair removal! Ladies in Frisco, do not hesitate to give this salon a shot. All of the employees here are helpful, kind, and happy. Absolutely the best! My mom’s eyebrows are very sparse, and I was looking for someone who could truly help bring them back to life. I found Laurie on Instagram about a year and a half ago and followed her work while doing my research. Nano brows turned out to be the perfect option for my mom—especially since she’s older and has more sensitive skin—and the results are incredibly natural.

Laurie did not disappoint. She is so talented, friendly, and knowledgeable, and her office space and staff are extremely welcoming. While my mom was getting her brows done, I booked my first-ever facial with Dajah and I can’t wait!

I loveeddddd Gabi!!! omg so let me explain my experience. I had learned about lamination for eyes from a friend and decided to look up someone close. Found the shop on google. Did some youtube and tiktok reviews. I got my schedule mixed up but got another the same day. When I got there, the ambience was really night. They had these cute lounge chairs and they are comfortable with a very soft blanket. I could've fell asleep. Now Let's talk Gabi!! One she is the coolest, beautiful inside & out and sweetest person ever. Most of all she is honest, and I love that the most. Again I never done lamination and wax for my eyebrows but i have tint. So when she observed my eyebrows, she noticed I have thin eyebrows. And immediately she was honest and told me, my eyebrow would be better off with just the wax and tint and still achieve the look I want.(BTW she introduced me to tattoo eyebrow and said I was the perfect candidate). And honestly I was happy she told me that because she was genuine and honest. She's not like most people who will just do the service for the money. She loves what she does and she wants the client to be satisfied. Results were perfect!! I love them. Wax didn't hurt. I can't wait to book with her again and again. definitely recommend highly

This was my first visit to Waxonomy and I will be having all my services there moving forward. Brynn was spectacular. She shared her expert insight every step of the way and made the whole experience as painless as possible. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was how I expected. The salon is just as stunning as Laurie! My first experience was met with a professional and fun environment.. I had my eyebrows done and was so excited! She even worked with me to adjust them to my visual absolute perfection! I looked online for so long and the brows I left with are better than any photo I saw online at any salon in DFW! Brynn is the knowledgeable and professional at every appointment. She always asks for any updates from the past appointments or new events that may cause a change to the appointment that day.
The front desk staff is always friendly and able to help quickly. AND the service by phone or text is fast and reliable.

I can’t recommend Gabi enough! She’s phenomenal – so friendly, gentle, patient, and really takes the time to listen. I see her for all my waxing needs and always have an amazing experience. She’s thorough but also makes the whole process so comfortable.

I also highly recommend Brynn – she has a slightly different style/technique, but she’s just as amazing. She’s incredibly thoughtful, cares deeply about her clients, and makes sure you feel at ease every step of the way. Both Gabi and Brynn go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and happy with your results.

Waxonomy as a whole is a solid beauty salon – always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and they make it so easy with appointment reminders and accommodating schedule changes when possible. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff! EVERYBODY there is incredible. I’ve had many services there from multiple staff members, and have never left dissatisfied. Laurie (the owner) is absolutely amazing, she’s done permanent makeup on multiple of my family members and not only does it look so natural, but it changed their lives! 100% recommend for scared first timers (and those of you looking for a new spot)… just schedule it. They have a $25 intro price and you’ll be more than happy to go back!
