Ran in today to get some burgers with my gift card. Had issues with gift card and the employees were so nice trying to get it to work. Success in the end! Thanks! Burgers were awesome too :)

I was unable to find the survey website listed on the receipt, but I want to make sure that Courtney gets her kudos. Every time I come in (which admittedly is at least once a week), she’s always there, with a smile on her face. She is extremely helpful and customer friendly. She also memorized my order within like. Three times of me coming in. She is phenomenal.

Imagine being an employee here, actually putting this in to a package and thinking to yourself, yea. This is a good idea. This was just part of arguably one of the worst meal I’ve had in years. This place is absolutely whack. When your staff literally does not care at all about your brand, you need to shut it down or get new staff. The franchise owner of this location should be ashamed.

For a new business, they certainly don't want to retain customers. We own a cafe, and we understand the importance of providing quality items. Sure, we fail at times, but this is a complete flop! This is what $30 gets you? 6x9 tray... 20 wings. I could feed 2 kids, but they'd be mad at me... Where is the sauce??? We had to put them in our air fryer to make them edible! So sad to say the least! Sorry to all the other BWWs, this location failed you!
