This is a very nice hotel. Very clean and neat. Nicely up kept and beautiful I side and out. The food here is great! They have a very nice infinity pool and the location is awesome!! This is my new favorite place to stay. Some rooms has a very nice balcony with a great view.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Gatlinburg! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The location was perfect for us while our daughter was playing in a soccer tournament at Rocky Top Sports. It was so easy to get to and from the fields, and we loved being able to walk right onto the Parkway and easily get to restaurants and everything Gatlinburg has to offer.
The front desk staff was amazing, especially Mandy and Rebecca, who were both incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. The bar manager was excellent as well, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming.
The hotel itself is beautiful, and the pool area was absolutely lovely. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully done.
We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend Hotel Indigo Gatlinburg! ❤️

Wow!!!! Absolutely stunning. SARAH, the night desk woman was the SWEETEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL, KINDEST woman. She helped us when we arrived to a disastrous hotel and had to find something quick. She was kind, compassionate and helpful. She checked on us the following day. The rooftop bar was beautiful and the food was good. The infinity pool was AMAZING. First Time there, had a great experience! Sarah at the front desk was very helpful and very welcoming. Rooms and hotel itself very clean, and just smelled amazing. Emily at the roof top bar was the icing on the cake! She made our experience on the Roof Top bar a blast!!! We will definitely be back.

What a beautiful and upscale hotel in the heart of the Smokey Mountains. The double Queen room was luxurious and clean. The beds so comfortable. The bathroom and shower are super upscale! The view from our room spectacular. The rooftop bar and sitting area is incredible! The view, especially at night is breathtaking. The bar service a bit slow. Ate breakfast at the restaurant and had to send my over poached eggs back. Food did not come out as described on the menu. Wheat bread substituted for English muffin and missing ingredient in my son’s burrito. The lobby employees very friendly and helpful. We walked to the strip. Good parking. The Star bucks in the lobby a plus. We will stay there again.
