Ricky lied to me in April about a 60 days unlock of my phone which is actually 1 year with over priced Total Wireless. Thank you very much Ricky

Thanks to some newbie named Ricky back in April I was told I could unlock my phone in 60 days but when trying found out it was 1 year. So now I am stuck with a paper weight because I will not pay $40 per month when I can get a carrier for $10. Bad info from the store and terrible useless people at the helpdesk.
