They were very good and helped me out tremendously. Other car rentals wouldn't rent to us because I wasn't there in person to give Em a credit card. So they were able to rent me a car for my brother. As we broke down and sioux falls, south dakota, I give these guys, if I could a ten out of ten fantastic need a car, they're a great place to rent from

Fantastic experience with this team at Vern Eide Auto Rentals! The check-in and check-out processes were fast, easy, and stress-free. The car was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. Friendly customer service and highly competitive, transparent rates. I will absolutely rent from them again!

We planned a trip from Sioux Falls to San Antonio. Kacie and Devon were absolutely awesome. They are so friendly and just great people. They helped me with picking the right car for the trip. They made picking up and dropping off the car effortless. The price of the rental was very fair. If we have a need to rent a vehicle in the future, Vern Eidi will be the place I'm calling. Thank you Kacie and Devon for a great experience.

Devon was so helpful to get us in a beautiful Honda similar to the one I own. I was shook up after having an incident with my car and couldn’t continue with a planned vacation. I was so thankful to be back on the road and familiar with the rental car.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish! Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Devon made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. Devon also went over everything in the car as well, making sure I felt confident and comfortable before leaving. Highly recommend!
