If this review was based solely off of cleaning I would give them 6/5. But so much more goes into a business. The communication side of this business by the owner is why I rated so low. Layla was late for our initial walk through and did not communicate this until almost an hour after she was late. We had spoken through at least 3 means of communication. I was asked at least 3 times for my email address, phone number and address and then asked again for my email when she needed to send an invoice. She then told me she would conduct a walk through of the house once her cleaners were done... the walk through never happened which lead to missed items being cleaned (not a hit on her cleaners). When I communicated to her that items were missed, she messaged me the next morning (granted I notifed her late in the day) and she apologized and said she would come out to clean it. I notifed her that we had an open house at noon and it would have to be corrected before then.... message left unread and items uncleaned. Almost a full day has passed and I still have not gotten a reply. I would have given benefit of the doubt if she had followed through on what she told me.

Once again this is not a bad rating based off of the cleaning, I would use again for cleaning services but the communication side of this company will be their downfall.

Layla’s does a great job cleaning my house once every other week. Provides me and my family a clean home and true peace of mind since both my wife and I work. Highly recommend!

Layla’s maid service is fabulous! The house is always immaculate and her deep cleaning services are top notch!! It’s always wonderful to walk into our home after her girls have been there! She is always responsive and willing to accommodate your schedule.

Gotta say not impressed. Requested service and met with Layla, so far so good. When it came to scheduling, because I didn't like her initial offer and requested something sooner, I was ghosted. For an entire week I heard nothing. I had to assume she wasn't interested in my business. Which is fine but communicate that. I wasted a week waiting to hear something, anything.

I am very happy with Layla’s Maid Service! Her team did a deep clean for me and they did a wonderful job. I was given the option of natural cleaning products which was a plus. They managed to get out the tough stains in the toilets. The house smelled fresh after they were done, and I appreciated the finishing touches they left behind. I will definitely be using her services again. Thank you.
