The chain expanded across Mexico and then to the U.S., with Brad Pitt once handing out flyers. In 1987, he created Taco Palenque®, a successful Mexican fast casual chain. Don Pancho’s dream was always to open a full-service restaurant with live music, which he achieved with Palenque Grill® alongside his son Carlos in 2005. The Ochoa family plays a key role in the restaurant’s success, with family recipes on the menu.
