It’s incredible how a bank can legally close your checking account and lie to your face about it. Even when fighting to get my account back, they didn’t even disclose that my debit card wouldn’t work. They just told me my checking account was fine! Unsurprisingly, I find out at the gas station after calling that they never actually fixed my checking account. They just kept it closed, moved my money to savings, and lied to me. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had from a company that claims to be “ran by members”.

Eastern kentucky branch lacks loan officers. And the staff definitely doesnt have a clue. Cant even get quarters at 930 in the morning tell you to come back in an hour how does this location stay open.

ive never been treated so poorly by a human being than i was by the branch manager here at this bank. we banked with them years ago then recently went back to them and its been a huge regret. To know theres people in public service that can be so incredibly rude and degrading to other human beings and not care a breath about it blows my mind and i often wonder how they hold a public title. anyways not here to bash others but if you can please take your business else where because i would never want another human treated the way i have been.
